Taylor Marine secures Passenger Ferry fitout 23 October 2009

JN Taylor are proud to announce that Taylor Marine's Major Projects Division in Henderson, Western Australia has been awarded the tender to supply, install and commission the navigation and communications stems onboard the 4 x 41m high speed passenger catamaran ferries being built by Austal Imag.

JN Taylor are proud to announce that Taylor Marine's Major Projects Division in Henderson, Western Australia has been awarded the tender to supply, install and commission the navigation and communications systems onboard the 4 x 41m high speed passenger catamaran ferries being built by Austal Image for the Republic of Trinidad & Tobago. This order comes at a time when Taylor Marine are in the process of sea trailing the first of the 4 x 21m Maltese Patrol Boats at the same shipyard that have also been fitted out by Taylor Marine's Major projects Division.

Construction of the four 41m ferries will be shared across Austal's Tasmanian and Western Australian shipyards, with delivery scheduled for late 2010.
